Beautiful motel I loved my stay here I recommend this to all people in that area to give this hotel a chance wow I am just amazed by the wonderful hotel

I loved it. We came to stay 1, maybe 2 days. Stayed 4. Room was clean, bed way clean and strong. Sheets were ok, not the softest but not dirty or scratchy. Bathroom was clean, tub was good, Towels were clean and worked. Found a place to let my inner bad girl out, and I definitely had fun, made lots of friends and money. Staff is super cool, told me where I should avoid. Got some great tips on how to dress too, especially since it was hot and I wanted to do some work. You can't go wrong here. I'll definitely be back.

I always love to budget so this place was affordable being that I’m not from California and I’m currently searching for a place for my son and I . I’ve stayed here before and I’m currently staying at the moment and yes the place can use some renovation but it’s not awful . I can speak for past guests or on how things were a yr or so ago but currently the owners are awesome , they go out of their way to make sure your stay is as comfortable as possible. The bed is a bit on the firm side but if u have back issues it definitely is the right one since I don’t wake with aches and pains . ( for firm bed sleepers ) quiet for the most part and there’s a decent gas station across the street that serves hot food that’s pretty decent and also a jack in the box and a very yummy Mexican restaurant, also a gumbo shack where they serve some yummy southern dishes and subway is connected to the Mexican restaurant. My stay overall is pretty good and I had a few motels to choose from but this was the more less stressful one that doesn’t have all the riff raff going on as others have some kind of weird vibes with the people staying there . If you’re looking for a cheap budget friendly motel for short or long stays I do recommend this one . There’s a bus stop right out front if u aren’t mobile and it takes u right to the blue line station which is the metro train that will take u all across LA and also to union station for other travels . If you are visiting LA and want to save bucks on transportation like uber or Lyft u can catch the blue line all the way to Artesia station and take the 51 bus and it will bring u right to the motel . Just a heads up . I can’t speak for other experiences I can only speak on mine . I typically do not go off of others reviews I like to check things out for myself and I did and I’m satisfied

The Searle is a simple, no frills motel located on a fairly quiet street. You don't come here looking for a luxury suite, you come for solitude & a good night's sleep. The owners are kind, respectful and accommodating, as long as you treat them with the same respect you would ask of any other person. Clean, quiet & affordable, 5 stars all the way!
